” I’ve had the opportunity to twice witness Patrick turn around a struggling facility.  On two separate occasions, at two separate facilities, I was contracted to support specific projects and during times that Patrick was assigned the leadership role of General Manager.  Over a course of several months, I spoke to many personnel within Patrick’s organization.  At both facilities there was a measurable improvement in performance metrics.  One facility set a divisional record for most consecutive days without shipping a late order.   This record encouraged the whole organization and stood as an example for what was possible.
